A delightful and healthy dish combining juicy chicken with fresh market vegetables, all enhanced by the umami of soy sauce.
Étape 1
Begin by washing all the vegetables thoroughly. Slice the courgettes and carrots into thin strips. Cut the poireaux into thin rings and dice the tomatoes into small pieces.

Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add courgettes, carrots, and poireaux to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.

Return the cooked chicken to the pan and add the diced tomatoes. Pour the soy sauce over everything and mix well. Let it cook together for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
